Chocolate Walnuts

I bought this small delicious walnut in Vietnam. I coated with white chocolate and matcha green tea.

Ingredient

30 g

walnut

1/2 tablespoon

water

1/4 teaspoon

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

The ingredients are small amounts. Cut walnuts half. (I made with small walnuts) Put granulated sugar in water and cook with low flame till syrup is thickened.

* Step 2

Put nuts in syrup and coat nuts.

* Step 3

Remove from flame and put butter and mix.

* Step 4

Melt chocolate and add one teaspoon at a time and mix. Coat chocolate and cool on oven sheet.

* Step 5

Coat white chocolate powder and matcha green tea powder. You can coat with powdered sugar or coca powder.
