I saw on tv delicious way to cook Brussels Sprouts. They said Brussels sprout Tempura was so delicious. I made curry Tempura for today’s dinner.#newyearnewyou

Ingredient

3 tablespoon

flour

1 teaspoon

baking powder

1/2 teaspoon

curry powder

to taste

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut Sprouts half. Put 50-80ml water in four mixture.

* Step 2

Make tempura batter and put 1 cube ice.

Fry in oil crispy.

* Step 4

Eat with salt, ketchup, mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce or soy sauce. Any sauce you like. Enjoy 💝
