Special Lunch Box
This Japanese Lunch Box is my mother’s keepsake. She learned Kamakura carving and this is one of her gorgeous carving. I cook specially for this carving lunch box.#myfavouriterecipe
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix chicken and Karaage powder and fry in deep oil. Fry shrimp Tempura.
* Step 2
Pork roll: cut green onion and slice mushrooms and roll with thin sliced pork.
* Step 3
Fry with oil and sprinkle seasoning mix. (soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon, sugar 1 teaspoon, vinegar 1/2 teaspoon)
* Step 4
Cook till the seasoning thickened.
* Step 5
Make rice sandwich: cut Nori and rice on it and lettuce cheese ham on rice.
* Step 6
Cover with rice and hold Nori. Wrap with film.
* Step 7
Cut in center. And put in box
