Creamy Mushroom Risotto
Very simple and easy risotto variation. One of my go-to dishes. Easily combined with meats and seafood.
Ingredient

Cooking time :
1 hr
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine rice and chicken broth; bring to boil
* Step 2
Reduce heat to medium and add mushrooms, olive oil and salt
* Step 3
Cook for about 10 minutes; add cream cheese, pepper, and cook until creamy consistency.
* Step 4
Mix in parmigiana cheese and let stand for 5-10 minutes (at least I do)
