This slaw is extremely easy to make, and versatile as well. Add in grapes cut in half for a pleasant surprise.

Ingredient

Medium Head of Cabbage (thinly sliced)

2-3

Medium Carrots Grated

1 Cup

Mayonnaise

1/4 Cup

Apple Cider Vinegar

1/4 Cup

Granulated Sugar

3 Tablespoons

Whole Milk

Shalot Finely Minced (or small onion)

Garlic Clove Grated (or finely minced)

1/2 Teaspoon

Celery Salt

1/2 Teaspoon

Cracked Black Pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Shred head if Cabbage,and grate carrots. Set aside.

* Step 2

Blend the next nine ingredients together to form your coleslaw dressing.

* Step 3

Add the coleslaw dressing to your cabbage and carrots to your desired consistency. Enjoy
