Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the peeled, washed and quartered potatoes to a large pot.

* Step 2

Fill the pot up with just enough water to cover the potatoes.

* Step 3

Set the stove to medium high heat and cook until the potatoes are soft enough to pierce easily with a fork and drain.

* Step 4

Place the potatoes back into the pot and mash.

* Step 5

Add in the butter stick and sour cream and mix with an electric mixer until well combined.

* Step 6

Heat up the milk and pour slowly then stir then add more as needed.

* Step 7

Season with salt, pepper and garlic.

* Step 8

Serve and enjoy!
