sugar

1.5 teaspoon

water

1 tablespoon

Shiratama powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

This is Shiratama flour, glutinous rice flour.

Mix with water

Make very smal balls.

Boil balls.

Cool in water.

This is agar powder.

Mix sugar and agar powder in water and bring to boil.

After boil remove bubbles and continue boiling for 3 minuets with low heat.

Make colored jelly
