Japanese fish ball soup

This is easy to make and so tasty. My mother always made this soup when the sardines were cheap.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put Kombu in 1 litter water and stay for 30 minutes or more.

Cut fish

Combine fish and minced spring onion with seasoning by food processor

* Step 4

Make fish mixture balls

* Step 5

Bring Kombu water to the boil, but before boil please remove Kombu from the water.

* Step 6

Clean the Kombu soup and put seasoning

* Step 7

Put fish mixture ball into the Kombu soup. And cook for 5 minutes

* Step 8

Add shredded spring onion before serving

Garnish with Yuzu lemon zest (option)
