This cookie is so crispy and tasty by baking very low temperature for 30 minutes.
Ingredient

unsalted butter
90 g
powdered sugar
200 g
flour
1/2 teaspoon
baking powder
1
egg york
80 g
macadamia nuts
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix butter and sugar by food processor.
* Step 2
Add egg yolk
* Step 3
Then flour with baking powder
* Step 4
Mix till like the photo
* Step 5
Put roughly cut macadamia nuts with cookies dough.
* Step 6
Fill the dough into scouts mark molds.
* Step 7
* Step 8
Bake in 150° preheated oven for 30 minutes
