Chicken breast and Spring Onion Salad

This is my mom's menu. The chicken is so soft and tasty.

Ingredient

1 tablespoon

soy sauce

1 tablespoon

Sake

1 teaspoon

grind ginger

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the chicken.

Season with soy sauce, ginger and Sake.

* Step 3

After 10 minutes mix with starch.

Boil the chicken in boiled water

Cut the spring onion and soak in water

Dish and garnish with green onion and sesame. Sprinkle sesame oil and soy sauce just before eat.
