Creamy Vanilla Sauce w/ Evaporated Milk
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix evaporated milk and heavy cream. Then Place of mixed evaporated milk in a saucepan. In another small bowl, stir together cornstarch, vanilla extract, and egg yolks.
* Step 2
Add sugar to the milk mixture in the saucepan and cook it over medium-low heat. Then, mix 1/2 cup of warm milk with the egg yolk in a bowl. Stir well, then pour it back into the saucepan. Mix it constantly until the mixture comes to a boil and becomes thick.
* Step 3
Once it is ready, remove it from the heat and stir in the butter well. Keep it refrigerated until the sauce is completely chilled. Enjoy! 😉👩🏻🍳
