One pot creamy pasta

butter

450 grams

pasta

2 tablespoons

tomato paste

2.5 cups

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook the onions and garlic in a pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter until semi translucent.

* Step 2

Add the tomato paste, the salt, pepper and paprika and mix together for 2-3 minutes.

* Step 3

Add the tomato and cook for 3-4 minutes until the tomato begins to release liquid.

* Step 4

Add the seasoning, then the vegetable broth, the milk and the pasta aland stir until combined.

* Step 5

Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer under low heat for 10 minutes or until most liquid is absorbed.

* Step 6

Add the cheese with a sprinkle of basil anf parsley. Serve immediately.
