Maida

1 Cup

Oil

2 Tsp

Vinegar

1 1/2 Cup

Sugar

1/4 Cup

Cocoa Powder

1 Cup

Milk

1/2 Tsp

baking soda

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a blender, blend milk sugar,oil and vinegar all together

You get like this consistency, remove in a bowl, and keep a strainer on, add Maida, baking powder, soda powder and strain

Add vanilla essence and mix then divide Into 2 bowls,1 bowl add the cocoa powder.

Mix properly with no lump, take the baking bowl spread oil all inside, then add 1 tbsp chocolate batter in the center, then add 1 tbsp normal in the center, keep repeating until the bowl is full, and give design with toothpick.

Head tawa and place it in non-stick pan for 35 to 40 mins on low flame

Until it is done, insert a toothpick and see if it dry means cooked, let cool down and enjoy.
