Egg Appam
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grind soaked rice with coconut
* Step 2
Add cooked rice and grind again
* Step 3
Let it be little thick paste
* Step 5
In a bowl add 4 tbsp appam batter with soda bicarbonates
* Step 6
Add salt,sugar and little water if it's too thick and keep aside for 15 mins
* Step 7
Heat appam pan swipe little oil and pour 1 tbsp batter and stir the pan round so that the appam take it's shape,break the egg in the center of the appam
* Step 8
Cover it let cook for 5 mins
