Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl mix all ingredients for batter.

Make smooth batter.

Cover n Keep aside n give rest for 15 mins.

Now heat tadka pan n heat oil.

* Step 5

Put rai, til n curry leaves.

* Step 6

Now mix eno n stir the batter quickly n pour in tadka pan.

Simmer the flame n cook for 8 -10 mins.

* Step 8

Now flip over other side. Cook for another 5-6 mins.

* Step 9

Now take out in dish.

* Step 10

Cut in desired shape n serve hot with green chutney n ketchup
