Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take yeast and sugar in bowl. Add lukewarm water.
* Step 2
Mix well and cover it. Keep aside to rise for 10 mins.
* Step 3
Now sieve wheat flour, maida and salt. Now add yeast and sugar water.
* Step 4
Mix it and knead soft dough. Knead it for 10 mins till it gets smooth texture.
* Step 5
Cover it and keep it to ferment for 1 - 2 hrs. (depends on weather)
* Step 6
Now dough will b double the size. Grease your hands and punch the dough.
* Step 7
Now take olive oil and crushed garlic and salt. Mix it with dough. Knead again for 5-7 mins
* Step 8
Now grease baking tin. Transfer and arrange dough in it. Then tuck the dough with your fingers.
* Step 9
Apply garlic oil all over the tucked dough. Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano all over. Put chopped mint leaves.
* Step 10
Cover and keep it for 10 mins for second proofing.
* Step 11
Preheat oven at 200 ° C for 10 mins.
* Step 12
Now apply milkwash over the dough and bake it for 35-40 mins.
* Step 13
When done take out and apply butter. Then cover it with samp cloth for 30 mins.
* Step 14
Your soft and delicious Foccacia bread is ready.
* Step 15
Serve hot with tomato concassse.
