Chocolate Walnut Brownie

Ingredient

3/4 cup

butter

1 cup

maida

3/4 cup

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil water in a vessel and keep other vessel on it.

* Step 2

Put coarsely chopped chocolate pieces in the upper vessel.

* Step 3

Stir continuously until the chocolate melts completely.

* Step 4

Add butter. Stir well untill the mixture turns smooth and silky.

* Step 5

Now add powdered sugar in and mix well.

* Step 6

Now sieve maida... cocoa powder and baking Powder in it.

* Step 7

Mix well and add 3/4 cup of milk gradually.

* Step 8

Add vanilla essence and chopped walnuts.

* Step 9

Grease baking tin and put butter paper.

* Step 10

Pour the batter and tap it twice to remove air bubbles if any.

* Step 11

Sprinkle walnuts over it.

* Step 12

Bake it in preheated oven at 180 °C for 35- 40 mins.

* Step 13

Let it cool completely.

* Step 14

Drizzle chocolate sauce over it and serve with Icecream.
