Paneer dhamaka

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan heat oil. Put ginger garlic and chilli. Saute for a minute.

* Step 2

Add sliced Onion and Capsicum. Saute for a minute

* Step 3

Add salt and pepper. Mix well. Add all sauces and vinegar.

* Step 4

Make slurry with Cornflour and mix it. Add 1/4 cup of water.

* Step 5

Mix well and add Paneer. Cook for a minute. Sprinkle spring onions and coriander leaves.

* Step 6

Serve hot.
