Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Coarsely Grind coriander ginger and chilli.

Now in a bowl mix all ingredients and mash and mix very well.

Grease your palm and make cutlets/tikkis of any shape you like.

Deep fry on medium to high flame till pinkish brown.

Garnish it. Serve hot with choice of your chutney /Dip.
