Gulab jamun floating in custard sauce

Ingredient

500 ml

Milk

1/2 cup

Sugar

1 tbsp

Tutti fruti

1 tbsp

Mix nuts

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan boil milk. Keep half cup aside.

* Step 2

Add sugar and boil it.

* Step 3

Mix custard powder in half cup of milk. Stir it without forming lumps.

* Step 4

Add un boiling milk and stir continuously to avoid lumps.

* Step 5

When cool keep it in fridge for 2-3 hrs.

* Step 6

Now in serving bowls put custard sauce and put gulab jamuns on top of it and garnish with tuti fruti and sprinklers.

* Step 7

Serve chilled. Enjoy.
