Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Ek bowl mein besan, namak, haldi, soda, cheeni and nimbu ke phool ko achchi tarah se mila lein.
* Step 2
Ab iska baram ghol bana lein.
* Step 3
Ab thali ko tel se chikna kar lo.
* Step 4
Steamer mein paani dalkar ubalne do.
* Step 5
Ab ghol mein eno daalkar achche fento.
* Step 6
Turant thali mein daalkar 10 se 15 min tak steam hone do.
* Step 7
Ab ek tadka pan mein tel garam karke rai daale aur curry pata aur hari mirch dalkar dhokle ke upar daal dein.
* Step 8
Taiyaar dholka ko beech mein se kaate. Do bhaag kar le.
* Step 9
Chutney aur ketchup daalkar sandwich bana lein.
* Step 10
Ab issi tadka pan mein aadha cup paani ubale aur 1/2 chamach cheeni daalde.
* Step 11
Ab taiyaar dhokle per chidak den
