Kofta Curry
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all ingredients of kofta and make balls
* Step 2
Cook on preheated appe pan till golden brown. Keep aside.
* Step 3
In a mixer jar grind all together -onion garlic ginger chilli and tomatoes.
* Step 4
In a kadai dry roast jeera, laving, dalchini and tej patta.
* Step 5
Put onion tomato paste. Cook till water evaporates.
* Step 6
Add kaju/melon paste. Cook for a min.
* Step 7
Add all dry spices. Mix well.
* Step 8
Add water to make thick gravy. Let it cook for 5 mins.
* Step 9
Add koftas. Cover and cook for 5 mins.
* Step 10
Garnish with coriander leaves.
* Step 11
Serve with roti /parathas.
