Puran Poli
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take maida and wheat flour and ghee. Mix well and rub with ur palms to get crumbs.
* Step 2
Now knead soft dough with the help of warm water. Keep aside.
* Step 3
Now take soaked dal in a pressure cooker and add water to the level of dal.
Cook till 2 whistle.
* Step 4
When cool blend to a smooth paste.
* Step 5
Now heat ghee in non stick pan and add dal paste and gud and sugar elaichi powder and grated coconut. Mix well.
* Step 6
Cook till mixture thickens. Keep aside to cool for 5-10 mins.
* Step 7
Now take little portion of dough and roll little and stuff the filling and bind it.
* Step 8
Roll again and fry the Puran poli on both sides by ghee.
* Step 9
Serve hot with yogurt /raita/picklehs/papad/ chutneys.
