Ingredient

Kaju -

Badam -

1 tbsp

Saunf -

8-10 strings

Saffron -

1/2 cup

Sugar -

1 ltr

Milk -

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak kaju badam, khus khus melon seeds for overnight or 4-5.

* Step 2

Peel soaked badam. Make smooth paste by adding little water.

Grind saunf elaichi khuskhus peppercorn. Make fine powder.

Boil milk and reduce to half till thicken.

Add little sugar. Keep aside to cool. Then put it in deep fridger to get chilled.

Add paste and powder and mix well. Strain it in glass jar. Keep in deep fridge to get chilled.

Now in serving glasses put strawberry crush and pour chilled masala milk and stir it lightly.

Garnish with pistachios and strawberry sauce.
