Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak poha and drain excess water. Keep aside.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a wok. Put rai....then put peanuts. Fry for a min.
* Step 3
Now add all chopped vegetables. Mix well and cover and cook for 5 mins or till tender.
* Step 4
Add salt,sugar and ciba haldi. Mix well.
* Step 5
Add poha and mix well and keep mixing for a min. Add lemon juice.
* Step 6
Garnish with coriander leaves and sev. Serve hot.
