Spinach Fried Rice

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In mixer grinder put blanched spinach, garlic, ginger, spring onion and chillies and make puree.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a wok. Add sliced onions saute for 2 mins.
* Step 3
Add spinach paste and cook till oil separates. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
* Step 4
Now put cabbage, carrots and capsicum. Saute for a min.
* Step 5
Add boiled and cooked rice. Mix well.
* Step 6
Garnish with fresh cream and serve hot with raita/ papad / salad.
