Mint leaves

1/2 tsp

Amchur

1/4 tsp

Sugar

3 to 4 tsp

Lemon juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash mint and coriander leaves propely.

* Step 2

In a mixer jar add mint and coriander leaves...black salt....roasted cummin and amchur and sugar.

* Step 3

Blend it by adding water.

* Step 4

Add lemon juice and soda.

* Step 5

Garnish with boondi.

Serve chilled and enjoy summer cooler.
