Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl mix potatoes, peas, salt, chillies, amchur and jeera powder.
* Step 2
Now take one strip and overlap other strip in center. Looks like plus shape+.
* Step 3
Fill little mixture in center.
* Step 4
Fold as shown in pic step by step.
* Step 5
Prepare all. Fry it on medium hot oil till golden brown and crisp.
* Step 6
Serve hot with mint. chutney / ketchup.
* Step 7
Enjoy it as tea time snacks.
* Step 8
Note : If ready strips r not available then you make make it at home. Knead dough with maida by adding salt. Roll it and cut lengthwise in rectangular shape.
* Step 9
You can make strips at home and store it in freezer. Use whenever required.
