Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl mix gud with water till it disolves.
* Step 2
Add wheat flour little by little to make smooth batter without any lumps.
* Step 3
Add elaichi powder and saunf powder. Mix well. Keep aside for 4- 5 hrs.
* Step 5
Add eno in batter and mix well.
* Step 6
With the help of spoon put little batter. Fry on medium heat till golden brown..
* Step 7
Fry all and enjoy this sweet and soft and crispy gulgule.
