Veg Hot and Sour soup
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a wok heat oil put garlic ginger. Saute and add chopped vegetables.
* Step 2
Stir fry and add all sauces.
* Step 4
Add 2 1/2 cups of water.Bring it to a boil.
* Step 5
Add cornflour and mix well.
* Step 6
Boil for 5 mins or till thickens.
* Step 7
Garnish with spring garlic (green garlic - tazaa lasan)
* Step 8
Serve hot with bread croutons.
