Garlic chutney paratha

(Spicy Garlic coconut stuffed paratha)

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 persons
1/2 tsp

Salt

1 tsp

Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Knead dough by mixing all ingredients

* Step 2

Keep aside for 5 mins.

* Step 3

Knead dough once again.

* Step 4

Take one portion of dough and roll little and spread 1 tsp of garlic chutney.

* Step 5

Bind it well. Again roll chapatti.

* Step 6

Heat griddle. Cook it by applying ghee on both side till crispy and brown in colour. Make others in same way.

* Step 7

Serve hot with green chutney / papad/ tea/ coffee.
