Baked Pizza Pockets

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl take flour and put salt.
* Step 2
Dissolve yeast and sugar in water.
* Step 3
Mix this with flour and make soft dough with warm water. Keep aside to rest for 15 mins.
* Step 4
Now in a pan heat oil and saute onion and capsicum for a min. Then put tomatoes and saute it.
* Step 5
Now add crumbled paneer and boiled mutter and mix well.
* Step 6
Now add salt, pepper, turmeric powder, chilli flakes and oregano.
* Step 8
Take dough and knead again till smooth.
* Step 9
Now take little portion of dough and roll it.
* Step 10
Stuff this mixture and bind it in square shape. Press the corners/edges with fork. Prepare all.
* Step 11
Preheat oven for 10 mins on 180°C.
* Step 12
Grease baking tray and put pizza pockets and bake it for 10 mins or till golden brown.
* Step 13
Serve hot at tea time or for chhoti chhoti bhukh.
