Iddiyappam made with rice flour

Ingredient

3-4 persons

1-1/2 cups

Rice flour

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl take rice flour and knead properly with luke warm water till smooth. Gv rest for 5 mins

* Step 2

Take sev maker grease it inside and fill dough and press in round shape on greased idli mould and put some grated coconut over it.

* Step 3

Steam it for 5 -7 mins. Serve hot with coconut chutney / veg stew
