Chocolate mousse

Ingredient

1-1/2 cups

Chocolate chips

2 tbsp

Sugar

4 tbsp

Water

as needed

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take cream in a bowl and whip it with beater or with whisker till light, fluffy and soft peaks are formed. Keep it in fridge till use.

* Step 2

In a bowl add sugar, water and nescafe. Boil it in microwave till the sugar is dissolved. Mix it properly.

* Step 3

Add in chocolate chips and mix properly. Micro it for 30 sec and then mix. Repeat the process untill all the chocolate chips are melted properly.

* Step 4

Now add cream in melted chocolate coffee mixture. Mix softly and pour in small glass bowls.

* Step 5

Decorate it with grated chocolate, a blob of cream and a cherry on top.

* Step 6

Keep in fridge for 1-2 hrs or till it is set and chilled.
