Manchurian Pasta with rice
Though manchurian is a chinese dish which is blended with the flavours of chinese spices. And pasta is an italian dish. Actually the word pasta is generally described as italian noodles. Though it is a different form of noodles which does not stick to one another. And rice, it is the most popular cereal grain which is widely consumed by the large part of human population around the world.
Blending manchurian, pasta and rice makes it a fusion dish.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Method for manchurian pasta :
* Step 2
Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds and let it splatter for a min.
* Step 3
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a few mins.
* Step 4
Add onions and fry till golden. Now add capsicum and fry for few mins.
* Step 5
Add salt, black pepper powder and red chilli powder and fry on high flame. Slow the flame. Add soya sauce, white vinegar, tomato ketchup and green chilli sauce, mix it well.
* Step 6
Now add water to it and bring it to boil. Slow the flame. Now add boiled pasta and mix well. Boil it for 5 mins. Slow the flame.
* Step 7
Now mix cornflour with water to a smooth paste.
* Step 8
Add cornflour paste to the pasta gravy mix. Mix well and bring it to boil on high and cook till the sauce thickens.
* Step 9
Add coriander leaves to it and mix well.
* Step 10
Manchurian pasta is ready to serve.
* Step 12
Clean and wash rice properly. Soak rice in water for 15 min. Drain it.
* Step 13
In a pressure cooker add drained rice, salt and water. Close cooker with lid. Pressure cook for 1 whistle on high flame.
* Step 14
Switch off the flame. Keep the cooker closed untill all the steam is released. Cool it.
* Step 15
Take out the rice on the plate and serve hot with manchurian pasta.
