* Step 1

Firstly we soak moong for some time and cook in a pressure cooker, meanwhile, we chopped onion and tomato.

* Step 2

Heat oil in a pan add jeera,hing, chopped garlic, veggies, and saute till tomato turn soft and mushy.

* Step 3

Now add the whole moong and mix well add salt, garam masala, and water as per needs bring to boil and Serve hot with rotis.
