Paneer Bhurji
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First we boil milk add lemon juice to make paneer once juice added to the milk,stir and check if the milk has curdled completely, then drain and keep aside paneer is ready
* Step 2
Chop onions, tomatoes, green Chilies keep aside,heat oil or butter add cumin seeds firstlet them brown,add finely chopped veggies, you can add boiled green peas also but optional,
* Step 3
Add all dry masala and saute well cook just for 4to5 minutes ready paneer bhurji to eat
