Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash Brinjal and cut half in middle then peel potatoes and also cut same as
* Step 2
Stuff 1tsp garam masala grated coconut and coriander powder and salt keep aside,mean while we heat oil in pressure cooker add chopped onion,tomato and saute for while
* Step 3
Then add garlic ginger paste,salt jaggery as per taste then add stuff brinjal and potatoes add enough water to cook cover lid and cook 2to3 whistles
* Step 4
Ready to serve with Bhakri,chapati as you like it's very yum...
