Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut slices of eggplant in thick slices,soak litter water,leave to one side for later use.
* Step 2
In plate take besan,turmeric, hing,salt,red chilli powder mix well,now coat slices well,heat little oil, arrange the slices
* Step 3
Fry on both sides till they turn golden brown and crisp,serve hot,with sprinkle chat masala
