Methi Daal fry
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First we boil toor dal in pressure cooker with enough water then mash keep aside.
* Step 2
In a pan heat oil add cumin seeds when it the crackles add ginger garlic paste then add red chilli powder and saute well.
* Step 3
Now add methi leaves and cover with lid cook for 5 mins.
* Step 4
Now pour the mashed toor dal to this tempering mixture
* Step 5
Add water and salt as required
* Step 6
Lastly add garam masala and stir well cook for just 5 mints.
* Step 7
Ready to serve with steamed rice You can garnish with coriander leaves.
