Stuffed capsicum
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First boil potatoes till completely cooked,peel and mash keep aside.
* Step 2
Slice off the tops of capsicum remove the seeds rinse then in water dry and keep aside.
* Step 3
In small frying pan,heat oil fry cuminseeeds add chopped onion,garlic and Amchoor powder
* Step 4
Add mashed potatoes and dry masale mix well stuffing is ready
* Step 5
With spoon or with ur hands stuff the mixture in the capsicum
* Step 6
Now heat frying pan put little oil and place in pan
* Step 7
Cover pan and heat keep heat as low every 5 mints turn sides so all sides are cooked and
* Step 8
Serve with roties, patathas
