Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First we boil potatoes in pressure cooker with enough water after 10 mint on high flame

* Step 2

Now we make dough for paratha take large bowl and wheat flour add salt and make thick dough with enough water keep aside

* Step 3

When potato cool we mashed all and add ginger garlik paste and cuminseeeds add coriander leaves.stuffing is ready.

* Step 4

Now devine the dough in equal parts now make roll on ur palm and pour aloo stuffing and make thik chapati.

* Step 5

Heat frying pan and put oil and shallow fry them both sides untill golden brown

* Step 6

Garnish with kasuri methi and serve with tomato ketchup.
