Kethro's Meaty Lasagna
Made this one evening on a whim. When my sisters family visited. Focused it on more protein. Turned out great.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook burger and sausage in skillet, add onion powder and garlic powder, salt drain excess grease
* Step 2
In large mixing bowl combine ricotta, cottage cheese, egg, half of shredded cheese 8oz, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning
* Step 3
Assemble lasagna in large dish 19x8 in. First spoon some sauce on bottom of dish, then place a row of uncooked noodles, spoon a thick layer of cheese mixture on noodles 1/4 in thick. Place another row of noodles over the cheese mixture. Add half of the cooked meat on top of the lasagna noodle the fully saturated with sauce. Repeat layers of noodle, cheese, meat sauce mixture. Using remaining noodles, meat, sauce. Place any remaining cheese mixture on top of meat sauce layer and remaining cheese
* Step 4
Cover with foil and bake at 400 F for 45 minutes then uncover and bake another 15-30 min at 425 F until bubbling in middle and cheese is browned
* Step 5
Let cool for 10 minutes cut and serve
