Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan.
* Step 3
Add sevai and roast till golden brown on low heat.
* Step 4
Heat milk in the same pan.
* Step 5
Cook till the kheer thickens to the desired consistency. (Keep in mind that it will thicken further upon cooling).
* Step 6
Add almond and sugar. Mix well.
cook with in 5 miunte boil
