* Step 1
First big bowl add sliced onion add gram flour red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder salt water required.small ball & deep fry.. golden brown. Pakora all ready..
* Step 2
Gravy ready first pan add oil sliced onion cook for 5 light golden brown. mix blender add chopped tomato onion brown add in tomato garlic mix all & smooth paste.
* Step 3
First take kadai add oil cumin seeds, mustard seeds curry leave ginger pastecracker all now add in onion, tomato paste.mix it will cook 3,4 minutes.add in red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder.mix well.salt mix well add water to required gravy full boil add in pakora cook for 5 minutes late add in kasuri methi serve with hot.
