Mixed Dal

Ingredient

oil

1 teaspoon

cumin seeds

1 teaspoon

turmeric

1 teaspooon

red chili powder

1 teaspoon

coriander powder,

1 teaspoon

garma Masala

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Now first clean wash &dal take a pressure cooker 1tsp oil add cumin seed now add chopped onions chopped tomato few minutes now add dal saute miuntes.

* Step 2

Add red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder red garma Masala salt mix few saute 5 miuntes last add 1 cup water mix well & cook

* Step 3

Whistles 5 minutes low flow switch off the gas open the vessel when pressure re open the vessel when pressure is completely and give a good stir check for seasonings and adjust if required. also garnish with few chopped coriander leaves. finally, serve mixed dal
