Just something to make for lunch at work. Very basic and somewhat healthy. I usually only make half of one of these but it depends how hungry you are!

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Toast bread in toaster. While that's toasting. Slice up your tomato and pull your lettuce leaves.

* Step 2

Put a tsp of pesto on both sides of the middle slice of bread. Put tbsp of mayo on top and bottom pieces of bread.

* Step 3

From the bottom up layer, bacon, turkey, pepper jack cheese, tomato, lettuce, middle piece of bread with pesto, turkey, pepper jack cheese, tomato, lettuce, then top piece of bread.

* Step 4

Take 2 long tooth picks or wood screwers cut with siccors if too long. On top left side and top ride side of sandwich to hold together then cut diagonally!
