Light fish curry
#acc light fish curry is a very tasty dish. it is a simple but healthy recipe for our lunch or dinner with rice

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
At first, remove the skin of the veggies
* Step 2
Cut them in small pieces.
* Step 3
Then wash the fish by water.
* Step 4
Then marinate it by salt and turmeric powder
* Step 5
Then put oil in pan and hot it.
* Step 6
Then fried the fish in oil.
* Step 7
After fring all the fish, keep it another pot.
* Step 8
Then add onion seeds, garlic and dry chilli in the same oil.
* Step 9
After that, add the vegetables in the same oil and fried
* Step 10
Add cumin turmeric Coriander and chilli powder in the pan.
* Step 11
Saute the vegetable with powders, salt and ginger chilli paste
* Step 12
After some time add water in pan for boiling the vegetables.

When start boiling the water in pan

The vegetables are soft in water
* Step 15
Then add pieces of fish in water.
* Step 16
Then after 5 mins water turn into curry.
* Step 17
After make the curry turn off the switch of the gas
* Step 18
Serve the fish curry with rice.
