Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel potatoes,chop,fry and set aside.

* Step 2

Boil cauliflower in salted water drains and keep aside

* Step 3

Break eggs,add salt,pepper and seasoning of choice,whisk and keep aside

* Step 4

Add all remaining ingredients except veg oil.

* Step 5

Heat veg in pan and pour in mixture,fry in low heat.

* Step 6

Cut into slices and drizzle ketchup and mustard.
