Pizza Roll-up

6 net carbs Add carbs for pizza sauce Recipe from Wheat Belly Cook Book **This tasted great but very crumbly and messy to eat. Definitely no dipping this Stromboli! We had to put the pizza sauce on top and eat it with a fork.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

* Step 2

In large bowl, combine almond meal/flour, 1 c cheese and tomatoes.

* Step 3

In small bowl, whisk eggs and oil. Add to flour mixture and mix to form thick dough.

* Step 4

Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread dough onto sheet to 10"x10" square and 1" thickness.

* Step 5

Sprinkle dough with spices. Arrange pepperoni and sprinkle 1/2 c cheese on top.

* Step 6

Carefully roll dough, using paper to lift from one end to start. Repair any tears by hand.

* Step 7

Bake 22 min. or until lightly browned. Allow to cool 5 min. before slicing into 1" thick pieces. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
